Global Valuation appraisers have over 40 years experience in the industry. All reports are managed, drafted, revised, edited, and signed by senior members of the American Society of Appraisers, the International Society of Professional Valuers (ASA) and the Appraisal Institute (MAI). These two international organizations which are members of the appraisal Standards Board are among the eight major appraisal societies that founded the Appraisal Foundation in 1987.
All our appraisal reports are completed in accordance with the Uniform Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation. The Appraisal Foundation is authorized by the United States Congress or the Service of Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualifications.
